Private Mat Pilates Instruction and Personal Training are two fitness modalities to begin your wellness journey in the comfort of your own home space, engaging in a curated training programs designed to meet you where you are. And though the practice of mat Pilates and or personal training may seem intimidating, working privately will break through barriers both physically and mentally, fostering self-determination, motivation, personal growth, and agency of your health and wellbeing. Moreover, each package provides an opportunity to track your progress and increase the level of challenge when appropriate.

Session appointments can be scheduled two to three times per week for a 20-session package, once to twice per week for a 10-session package, and once per week for a 5-session package. Additionally, a 24 hour notice of cancellation of an appointment is suggested as a courtesy and to ensure you are not charged a cancellation fee equal to the cost of a single session rate. What’s more, most packages last about 5 to 10 weeks. As a result, you can gather enough experiential, physical, mental, and physiological data about your overall progress, thus establishing a successful and sustainable wellness journey. That said, a 20 20-session package is highly recommended!

Additionally, Colette Marie is a seasoned Yoga Teacher, Certified Personal Trainer, Thai Yoga Stretch Specialist, Foot Reflexology Therapist and Reiki Practitioner dedicated to the evolution and enhancement of every client and student.

Moreover, Colette Marie is a 2024 graduate of Temple University, completing her Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies with a concentration in World Religions, Psychology & Sociology.

Currently, Colette Marie is in the process of completing a Comprehensive Pilates Certification under the direction of Master Pilates Teacher Ellie Herman.

The Comprehensive Pilates Certification includes training in Mat Pilates, Springboard, Reformer, Cadillac, EXO Chair, & Arch Barrel.
